Cytation 5 combines automated digital microscopy and conventional microplate detection in a configurable, upgradable platform for cell-based assays that cannot be performed on a standard plate reader or microscope separately. This patented design, along with Agilent/Biotek Gen5 software, enables automated workflows across a vast range of biochemical and imaging applications. Information on cell morphology, signal localization, cell count and more is obtained quickly and easily exportable for data publication. Further, there is no longer need to process and analyze images one by one on a dedicated computer. The automated analysis function enables you to pre-program, begin the experiment and walk away.
