Genomic Applications Services
Welcome to the Genomic Applications Lab at the Hebrew University Medical School!
Our primary mission is to introduce researchers to the transformative technology of high-throughput genomics.
The facility provides a comprehensive range of services to support research involving the identification, quantification, and profiling of nucleic acids. We specialize in Next-Generation Sequencing (NGS), primarily utilizing Illumina technology. Additionally, we offer access to liquid handling systems and nucleic acid analyzers to streamline your experimental workflows.
We assist researchers at every stage of experimental design, from planning (in collaboration with the Bioinformatics Team) to quality control, execution, and data analysis.
