The Zeiss High Resolution SEM Gemini 560 offers high-resolution imaging capabilities, allowing for the visualization of structures at the nanoscale level.

Following detectors are included:

1. High efficiency annular true on-axis In-lens SE1 detector.

2. Energy selective BS - Separate EsB In-Lens detector for Low loss imaging.

3. High sensitivity Everhart-Thornley SE detector in the chamber (SE2).

4. aBSD6 - Pneumatic retractable, high efficiency 6 sector annular solid state BSE.

5. BSD for NanoVP– 4 segment LOW-KV optimized retractable backscattered detector. Provides channeling, crystallographic and strain contrasts in addition to regular compositional or topography information.

6. VPSE - Chamber mounted Variable Pressure Secondary Electron detector.

7. aSTEM - Pneumatic retractable STEM detector with annular detection diode design. enables bright field and both annular and oriented dark-field transmission electron imaging.

8. EDS- Quantax200 XFlash 6 I 60 SDD
