Welcome to the Genomic Applications Lab at the Hebrew University Medical School. Our main goal is to introduce researchers to this amazing technology of high-throughput genomics.
The facility offer a wide range of services to facilitate research involving identification, quantification, and profiling of nucleic acids. We are currently focused on Next-Gen Sequencing (NGS), using mainly Illumina technology. We also offer access to liquid handler, and nucleic acid analyzers to facilitate your experiments.
We support the researcher in all the experimental design steps from planing (in collaboration with the Bioinformatics Team), trough quality control, performance and data analysis (Bioinformatics Unit).
